The chances are that those of us that rent or own, will make the decision one day to purchase that first home or move to a new one. An inevitable change. The person you decide to guide your family through that journey, is an important one.

We are all inclined to look at those big name real estate firms that are constantly in our face to assist us in one of the most important decisions of our lives. That potential forever home. I’m here to implore that you make that advisable upgrade and look at a more boutique real estate firm that truly has your best interest at heart, versus someone who is driven by sales goals, quantity, and glass awards on the wall.

Lisa by far was the most professional and caring person that I’ve ever worked with to sell my home. And that was my 5th, yes 5th home that I’ve owned. Her attention to detail in the marketing process and staging of the home was second to none.

Even more impressive was the way that she was able to set me up for success with pricing and expectations. There were times in the process that I truly didn’t understand the market. Her grace to help me get it was something so comforting and helpful and I have such a great deal of respect for. There were a couple of issues that the initial prospective buyers gave feedback on that many could find offensive. Her approach quickly alleviated that feeling.

She was with me through the entire process. Providing up to the minute updates and negotiation strategies for input and offers from showings to closing.

Oh…and in case you were wondering? I received asking price the second day on the market. If everything else I said didn’t impress you, I hope that did…
